Foundation stone laying Ceremony for the Headquarters building of the ORSA

The foundation stone laying ceremony for the headquarters building of the Old Rajans Scout Association, will be held on Monday February 9 at the Lakeview Park International Scout Centre.

The Building project is a brainchild of Nalaka Weerasinghe, a distinguished old scout and the President and CEO of Canada Wide Immigration and Settlement Inc., Toronto, Canada.

He will be paricipate for the ceremony as the chief guest.
